This material was submitted to me on disk by Matt Dillon. Thanks Matt!
This directory contains two lharc format archives, uucp0.lzh and uucp1.lzh,
which contain the contents of the two distribution disks that Matt sent me.
To recreate the disks, format two blank disks with the names uucp0 and
uucp1, cd to the root directory of each, and extract the files with a
command of the form:
AmigaLibDisk313:c/lharc -x -a -m x AmigaLibDisk313:UUCP/uucp0.lzh
The lharc program is included in the :c directory of this disk for those
who may not yet have a copy. It is important to use the -x and -a switches
to ensure that the directory structure and file attributes are maintained.
The bootable uucp0 disk that Matt sent contained some C-A proprietary
Workbench files, which have been omitted from this distribution. You will
need to copy these to your newly created uucp0 disk to complete the
reconstruction (and run Install to make it bootable). These files are:
devs/serial.device
l/Disk-Validator
l/Newcon-Handler
l/Ram-Handler
l/shell-seg
libs/version.library
system/AddBuffers
system/Assign
system/CD
system/Delete
system/Dir
system/Execute
system/Mount
system/NewShell
system/Path
system/Resident
system/Run
system/Stack
system/Type
system/Wait
Lharc was used, rather than zoo, because the zoo archive would not fit on
a single disk and still allow all the other files normally included in my
distributions. With lharc, I was able to get everything on a single disk,
including a copy of the lharc executable, and still have enough free space
to add copies of some of the documentation files to make browsing of the
disk from WorkBench more productive.
